Our Founder

Ertasha A. Jackson is a master trainer, coach, speaker, and a career agent who partners with clients to grow their personal and professional internal capacity to be leaders worth following in their sphere of influence.

Ertasha began her career journey in 2004 in corporate America where she joined a successful global recruiting firm to pursue her passion in being able to see others untapped ability, bridge their passion with their purpose, and connect them with companies that realize their uniqueness to catapult their organizations to greater success. In 2008 her contributions led her to be honored at her companies President's Club celebration as a top performer in her division.

 In 2010, she expanded her reach to the sphere of education where she has worked with much success in an urban district as a middle school classroom teacher and recently as a campus instructional coach training teachers in educational pedagogy and expanding their capacity in personal leadership development.

Wanting to bridge her passion of leadership development to her purpose of seeing others untapped potential and guiding them to their purposed path, Ertasha launched Devin Leadership LLC a training company in 2020. Devin focuses on developing the leader in all. She recently added a new division specifically for educators, Teacher Worth Following. Her ability to merge personal and professional development through coaching, training, speaking, and recruiting catapults her into being transformational in all her spheres of influence.

Ertasha holds a B.S. in Business Psychology, a M.ED. in Curriculum and Instruction, a Standard Texas Teacher Certification, and is a licensed Mediator.
